Welcome back to my every-other-week (or is it twice per month?) Praxxxis series that introduces concepts behind Happy Endings into useful tips :)

I wrote on Monday about fucking ugly people. It was a provocative title to make a point about how culturally influenced status symbols and beauty standards influence sexual attraction. I believe what makes you horny should be more carnal than cerebral. I want my pleasure devoid of propaganda. But regardless of the legitimacy of our individual definitions of ‘ugliness,’ these mental connotations can block our bodies. Or more simply, when I feel ‘ugly,’ it’s harder to get horny.

It’s a double bummer! When I feel down about myself, the best antidote is a great fucking orgasm to set me straight again about what’s really important. Feeling good, which of course can come from feeling good about yourself physically, also doesn’t have to…

So how do I do it — like literally have sex (cause masturbating isn’t as much of an intellectual challenge, is it?) — when I’m not feeling hot? Well, let me tell you.

I promise I’d never suggest a corny thing like turning the lights off and lighting candles (although it does work), and I’d never frame this as an emotional exercise to remind yourself of the ~goddess you are~ cause that’s not my style of sex blog.

My personal tip to bump uglies when I’m feeling ugly is to pretend I’m not going to. Let me explain…
